01

What is Creator-Chat?

One place for Telegram, your team, and PPV selling.

What is Creator-Chat?

Creator-Chat is the messaging command center for creator agencies: all your creators' Telegram accounts, your whole team, and Fangate PPV selling in one interface — no tab switching.

It covers bots, replies sent on the creator's behalf, voice clips, automations and a built-in Suggest reply ChatGPT assist.

How do I get started?
  1. Sign up, verify your email, open the dashboard.
  2. Add a Telegram account under Settings → Chat-Accounts → + Add account.
  3. Optional: link a Fangate vault, invite agents, set up bots.
NoteThe welcome email lists the same steps to read at your own pace.
Can I run several workspaces from one login?

Yes. One login can hold several workspaces (“accounts”), each managed independently with its own Telegram accounts, agents and vaults.

02

Telegram accounts

Three connection types, tokens, what's visible.

Which account types can I connect?

Three, chosen in the + Add account wizard:

  • Bot account: your own bot (name, username, avatar) via a BotFather token. Contacts chat with the bot.
  • Enduser account: a real Telegram account connected by phone number or QR code — no Telegram Premium and no bot needed. Runs reply-only (see below).
  • Personal (Premium-Business) account: the creator links their Telegram Premium-Business account to your bot; contacts message the creator in person and you reply on their behalf. Requires Telegram Premium.
How do I connect a real Telegram account without Premium?
  1. Settings → Chat-Accounts → + Add account, then choose Enduser account (via telephone number — no Premium / bot).
  2. Confirm the risk note (checkbox “I understand the risks and the Reply-Only restriction”).
  3. Pick a login method: Phone & SMS code (enter your number, then the 6-digit code Telegram sends in-app — plus your 2FA password if your Telegram account has one), or QR code (scan from the Telegram app under Settings → Devices → Link Desktop Device).
  4. Name the account, assign agents, optionally link a Fangate vault.
Ban riskThis connects your real Telegram account, so it runs reply-only (answer incoming chats, no cold outreach). Use an aged account on a real SIM and avoid mass-messaging — a ban hits the real account.
How do I get a bot token?

In Telegram open @BotFather, send /newbot, follow the prompts, and paste the returned HTTP API token into the Add account form.

CautionNever share a token in chats — whoever has it can impersonate your bot.
Which messages does the bot see?
  • Direct chats: every message, in real time.
  • Enduser / Personal account: all incoming and outgoing messages of the linked chats (recent history is backfilled on connect for Enduser accounts). The creator's own messages appear with a U badge.
  • Groups / channels: see Channels & groups.
Why is a contact's avatar missing?

In Personal Account chats the bot often can't fetch a contact's profile photo (a Telegram Bot API limit), so we show initials instead. Everything else works normally.

03

Channels & groups

When a bot can read group / channel messages.

Does the bot see every group message?

Not by default. A bot only sees messages that mention it, reply to one of its messages, or are commands. To read every message, either make the bot a group admin, or disable Privacy Mode in @BotFather (/setprivacy → Disable).

What about broadcast channels?

The bot must be a channel admin. After that, every published post appears in the dashboard. Channels are broadcast-only — subscribers can't reply.

Can the bot see old messages?

No — a bot only sees messages sent after it joined. Earlier history is invisible to it.

04

Agents & assignment

Inviting your team and giving them accounts.

How do I invite an agent? Admin
  1. Sidebar → Agents.
  2. Top right → + Invite Agent.
  3. Enter name + email + role — an invite is emailed. Until confirmed, the agent shows as Pending.
How do I assign chat-accounts to an agent? Admin

Two ways — both open the same agent picker: open the ⋯ menu on an account row, or right-click the account in the sidebar, then choose Assign agents and tick / untick. You can also assign during the + Add account wizard. The Agents overview shows each agent's Assigned accounts. One agent can serve many accounts, and one account many agents.

What can an Admin do that an Agent can't?
  • Admin: invite agents, create + assign chat-accounts, set tokens, configure bots, change settings.
  • Agent: reply, apply labels, set statuses, trigger bots — but cannot manage accounts, tokens or invitations.
LimitationBy default an agent sees all of the workspace's accounts; the sidebar filter limits the view to assigned ones. Hard per-inbox access is in progress.
05

Daily chats

Sending, replying, labels, mute & block.

How do I send, reply to, or edit a message?

Type and press Enter (Shift+Enter for a new line) or click send. Hover a message for a small toolbar — the arrow starts a quoted reply; on your own messages a pencil lets you edit.

What are labels?

Coloured tags for topics, status or priority. Create them under Settings → Labels. In a chat, add one via the “+” next to the contact name, or right-click a chat row in the list.

How do I mute or block a contact?
  • Mute: right-click the chat → Mute. No notifications, chat stays visible.
  • Block: chat header ⋯ menu → Block. Incoming messages are dropped server-side.
How do I search inside a chat?

Use the magnifier in the chat header. Type, and matches slide in under the header — click one to jump to that message. There's also an Unread filter in the chat list.

What do the coloured status dots mean?
  • Green: account connected and active.
  • Yellow / orange: pending or waiting state.
  • Red: connection lost or token rejected — re-paste the token in Account edit.
06

Uploads & media

Attachments, voice notes, product files.

What can I upload and send?

Photos, videos, documents and stickers via the paperclip in the composer, plus voice messages. Per-chat drafts survive switching between chats.

How do I send voice clips (voice library)?

Click Voice in the composer toolbar and pick a pre-recorded clip from your device — it's sent as a round Telegram voice note (shown with a purple Voice chip while it's queued). This is how you work with a creator's library of pre-produced voice memos: keep the clips on hand and send the right one per chat.

Accepted formats: OGG/Opus, MP3, M4A — this covers WhatsApp voice exports and iPhone / Android voice memos. Other formats (WebM, WAV, FLAC) are rejected with a clear message.

How do I upload Fangate products?

Use Upload in the vault panel to add products straight from the browser (large files use multipart upload). More in Fangate vault.

Why can't a received attachment be opened?

In Personal Account chats the Telegram Bot API can't pull some attachments (a Telegram limit) — you'll see “Media not downloadable”; the creator still sees it in the Telegram app. Unsupported video formats show a “no supported format” placeholder.

07

Fangate vault

Products, wallet and PPV links beside the chat.

What is the Fangate vault?

It shows the products, wallet and sales KPIs from Fangate in the right panel next to the chat — linked per chat-account. So you can drop PPV links into Telegram without switching tabs.

How do I link a vault to a chat-account?

In Settings → Chat-Accounts, edit the account, paste the API token from fangate.info/dashboard under Fangate vault, and click Connect.

Token hygieneDon't share API tokens in chats — they grant full access to that vault's data.
How do I send a PPV link?

Click a product → Send link; the Fangate URL lands in the active chat. To change the price, use Edit price, or New link for a second variant with its own price. Prices use the creator's currency.

How do I create a bundle from my media?
  1. In the vault panel switch from Library to Create Bundle.
  2. Tap the approved media you want (a checkmark marks each selection); folder, type, search and sort filters help you find them.
  3. Hit Create bundle, then set a title, optional description, and a price (min. €5). Toggles: downloadable, age verification, and tag a co-creator.
  4. Submit — the bundle is created, pinned to the top of the Library, and its link is dropped into the chat.
NoteBundles containing video go through Fangate moderation first — you'll see a “not live yet” notice until they're approved.
Why is some vault data not fresh?

Vault data is cached so Fangate isn't hit on every switch (products / folders ~2 min, wallet ~8 min). Hit Reload to force a fresh fetch; changes you make yourself invalidate the cache automatically — also for other agents.

08

Analytics & webhooks

Live sale tracking, per-chat performance, top buyers and agent stats.

What do the Fangate analytics show?

Once a chat-account's Fangate webhook is connected, every purchase flows into Creator-Chat live. Open Reports → Account performance to see earnings broken down by chat-account and by individual chat, plus your top buyers and per-agent performance. All figures use the real seller earning reported by Fangate.

How do I turn on live sale notifications?

Connect the per-account webhook: in Settings → Chat-Accounts edit the account, copy its Fangate webhook URL, and paste it into Fangate (app.fangate.infoSettings → API). After that, each successful purchase shows a pop-up in the open chat and is added to that chat's log.

Can I see how a single chat performs?

Yes. On a buyer's sale — in the vault panel or the sale pop-up — use the ⋮ menu → Assign to Chat to link the buyer's email to a Telegram chat. That chat's “This Chat” tab then shows its own sales and total earnings, so you get individual per-chat performance.

Who are my top buyers?

In Account performance → Buyers every buyer is ranked by total earnings, with their purchase count and — if assigned — the chat they belong to. Expand a buyer to see each individual purchase.

How is agent performance measured?

Reports → Agents performance gives each agent a card with the accounts assigned to them and their sales and earnings over the chosen period.

NoteThe same sale counts for every agent on an account, so totals can overlap when an account has more than one agent assigned.
Are custom reports available?

Custom reports — build your own date-range, account and agent breakdowns — are coming soon. For now, use Account performance and Agents performance together with the period filter.

09

Bots & automations

Keyword-driven auto-replies and actions.

What are bots in Creator-Chat?

Rule-based automations: a bot watches for a keyword (e.g. “prices”) and either replies or runs an action. Each bot is bound to one chat-account.

How do I create a bot? Admin
  1. Settings → Automations → + New bot.
  2. Pick the chat-account, enter keyword(s), choose action(s).
  3. Optional: scope (all / DM only / groups only) and event. Save — active immediately.
What actions can a bot perform?
  • Send a message (with attachments)
  • Assign the chat to an agent
  • Add or remove a label
  • Set a status (open, resolved, paused, blocked)
  • Telegram custom actions (e.g. pin)
How do I pause or delete a bot?

In the Automations list, use the switch to pause or the trash icon to delete. Paused bots are kept and can be reactivated later.

10

ChatGPT — Suggest reply

AI reply suggestions from the conversation context.

What does ChatGPT do?

With ChatGPT connected, a Suggest reply button appears in the composer (when the input is empty and nothing is attached). It reads the conversation and proposes reply variants in different tones (e.g. casual, friendly, confident) — pick one, edit it, or discard.

How do I turn it on? Admin

In Settings → Automations → Bots & AI, open the ChatGPT card and paste your OpenAI API key (starts with sk-); it's validated on connect. You can Pause / Resume it any time, or Disconnect to remove the key.

What does it cost?

You use your own OpenAI key, so usage is billed via your OpenAI account — each Suggest reply click is one request. Lightweight models like gpt-4o-mini cost very little per suggestion.

11

Account & security

Password, logout, token storage.

How do I change my password?

Under Settings → My account → Security: enter your current password, set a new one, and save.

Where are my Telegram and Fangate tokens stored?

Both are encrypted server-side. The browser keeps only a local copy of the Fangate token for fast access; the server-side copy survives logout.

How do I log out?

Profile icon top-right → Log out. Cookies, cache and session state are cleared reliably — even if the request is blocked by a strict corporate proxy.

How do I delete my account?

Write to us — we review, preserve audit logs per policy, then delete your data permanently. Self-service deletion is on the roadmap.

12

Layout & limitations

Columns, mobile, and what's still coming.

Can I resize the columns?

Yes — drag the divider between columns; double-click to reset. Your widths are remembered per browser (sidebar 170–320 px, chat list 220–380 px).

Does Creator-Chat work on a phone?

It's workable on large tablets in landscape. A fully smartphone-optimised version is in progress — until then, desktop or tablet is the safer bet.

What are the current limitations?

On the roadmap / in progress:

  • Hard per-inbox access enforcement for agents
  • Scheduled (delayed) messages
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Detailed reports with KPIs & export
  • Full smartphone optimisation and an intro-tour replay

Telegram-side limits (avatars in business chats, “old messages”, some business-mode attachments) are platform constraints, not bugs.
