One place for Telegram, your team, and PPV selling.
Creator-Chat is the messaging command center for creator agencies: all your creators' Telegram accounts, your whole team, and Fangate PPV selling in one interface — no tab switching.
It covers bots, replies sent on the creator's behalf, voice clips, automations and a built-in Suggest reply ChatGPT assist.
Yes. One login can hold several workspaces (“accounts”), each managed independently with its own Telegram accounts, agents and vaults.
Three connection types, tokens, what's visible.
Three, chosen in the + Add account wizard:
In Telegram open @BotFather, send /newbot, follow the prompts, and paste the returned HTTP API token into the Add account form.
In Personal Account chats the bot often can't fetch a contact's profile photo (a Telegram Bot API limit), so we show initials instead. Everything else works normally.
When a bot can read group / channel messages.
Not by default. A bot only sees messages that mention it, reply to one of its messages, or are commands. To read every message, either make the bot a group admin, or disable Privacy Mode in @BotFather (/setprivacy → Disable).
The bot must be a channel admin. After that, every published post appears in the dashboard. Channels are broadcast-only — subscribers can't reply.
No — a bot only sees messages sent after it joined. Earlier history is invisible to it.
Inviting your team and giving them accounts.
Two ways — both open the same agent picker: open the ⋯ menu on an account row, or right-click the account in the sidebar, then choose Assign agents and tick / untick. You can also assign during the + Add account wizard. The Agents overview shows each agent's Assigned accounts. One agent can serve many accounts, and one account many agents.
Sending, replying, labels, mute & block.
Type and press Enter (Shift+Enter for a new line) or click send. Hover a message for a small toolbar — the arrow starts a quoted reply; on your own messages a pencil lets you edit.
Coloured tags for topics, status or priority. Create them under Settings → Labels. In a chat, add one via the “+” next to the contact name, or right-click a chat row in the list.
Use the magnifier in the chat header. Type, and matches slide in under the header — click one to jump to that message. There's also an Unread filter in the chat list.
Attachments, voice notes, product files.
Photos, videos, documents and stickers via the paperclip in the composer, plus voice messages. Per-chat drafts survive switching between chats.
Click Voice in the composer toolbar and pick a pre-recorded clip from your device — it's sent as a round Telegram voice note (shown with a purple Voice chip while it's queued). This is how you work with a creator's library of pre-produced voice memos: keep the clips on hand and send the right one per chat.
Accepted formats: OGG/Opus, MP3, M4A — this covers WhatsApp voice exports and iPhone / Android voice memos. Other formats (WebM, WAV, FLAC) are rejected with a clear message.
Use Upload in the vault panel to add products straight from the browser (large files use multipart upload). More in Fangate vault.
In Personal Account chats the Telegram Bot API can't pull some attachments (a Telegram limit) — you'll see “Media not downloadable”; the creator still sees it in the Telegram app. Unsupported video formats show a “no supported format” placeholder.
Products, wallet and PPV links beside the chat.
It shows the products, wallet and sales KPIs from Fangate in the right panel next to the chat — linked per chat-account. So you can drop PPV links into Telegram without switching tabs.
In Settings → Chat-Accounts, edit the account, paste the API token from fangate.info/dashboard under Fangate vault, and click Connect.
Click a product → Send link; the Fangate URL lands in the active chat. To change the price, use Edit price, or New link for a second variant with its own price. Prices use the creator's currency.
Vault data is cached so Fangate isn't hit on every switch (products / folders ~2 min, wallet ~8 min). Hit Reload to force a fresh fetch; changes you make yourself invalidate the cache automatically — also for other agents.
Live sale tracking, per-chat performance, top buyers and agent stats.
Once a chat-account's Fangate webhook is connected, every purchase flows into Creator-Chat live. Open Reports → Account performance to see earnings broken down by chat-account and by individual chat, plus your top buyers and per-agent performance. All figures use the real seller earning reported by Fangate.
Connect the per-account webhook: in Settings → Chat-Accounts edit the account, copy its Fangate webhook URL, and paste it into Fangate (app.fangate.info → Settings → API). After that, each successful purchase shows a pop-up in the open chat and is added to that chat's log.
Yes. On a buyer's sale — in the vault panel or the sale pop-up — use the ⋮ menu → Assign to Chat to link the buyer's email to a Telegram chat. That chat's “This Chat” tab then shows its own sales and total earnings, so you get individual per-chat performance.
In Account performance → Buyers every buyer is ranked by total earnings, with their purchase count and — if assigned — the chat they belong to. Expand a buyer to see each individual purchase.
Reports → Agents performance gives each agent a card with the accounts assigned to them and their sales and earnings over the chosen period.
Custom reports — build your own date-range, account and agent breakdowns — are coming soon. For now, use Account performance and Agents performance together with the period filter.
Keyword-driven auto-replies and actions.
Rule-based automations: a bot watches for a keyword (e.g. “prices”) and either replies or runs an action. Each bot is bound to one chat-account.
In the Automations list, use the switch to pause or the trash icon to delete. Paused bots are kept and can be reactivated later.
AI reply suggestions from the conversation context.
With ChatGPT connected, a Suggest reply button appears in the composer (when the input is empty and nothing is attached). It reads the conversation and proposes reply variants in different tones (e.g. casual, friendly, confident) — pick one, edit it, or discard.
In Settings → Automations → Bots & AI, open the ChatGPT card and paste your OpenAI API key (starts with sk-); it's validated on connect. You can Pause / Resume it any time, or Disconnect to remove the key.
You use your own OpenAI key, so usage is billed via your OpenAI account — each Suggest reply click is one request. Lightweight models like gpt-4o-mini cost very little per suggestion.
Password, logout, token storage.
Under Settings → My account → Security: enter your current password, set a new one, and save.
Both are encrypted server-side. The browser keeps only a local copy of the Fangate token for fast access; the server-side copy survives logout.
Profile icon top-right → Log out. Cookies, cache and session state are cleared reliably — even if the request is blocked by a strict corporate proxy.
Write to us — we review, preserve audit logs per policy, then delete your data permanently. Self-service deletion is on the roadmap.
Columns, mobile, and what's still coming.
Yes — drag the divider between columns; double-click to reset. Your widths are remembered per browser (sidebar 170–320 px, chat list 220–380 px).
It's workable on large tablets in landscape. A fully smartphone-optimised version is in progress — until then, desktop or tablet is the safer bet.
On the roadmap / in progress:
Telegram-side limits (avatars in business chats, “old messages”, some business-mode attachments) are platform constraints, not bugs.
